Which Class is Right for You?

Most of our classes are considered multi-level, meaning that all levels, including beginner, are welcome to attend. We teach with cues, options and a watchful eye so that everyone enjoys their experience. Having said that, there are recommendations listed to the right.

A Bit About Heat …

We use Infrared as our source of heat as it is the most therapeutic. Infrared heat penetrates the body resulting in a deeper sweat, which rids the body of toxins and the warmth increases flexibility, and it also helps alleviate pain due to Fibromyalgia, Osteo-Arthritis, general back pain due to tightness and many sciatica issues. It is the safest form of heat for a hot yoga studio making it easy for those with asthma or high blood pressure to enjoy a hot or warm class. Don’t be fooled by ‘radiant heat” it is NOT the same as Infrared Heat.

CAUTION: Not suitable for those suffering from inflammatory conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis or M.S. For those who are pregnant, no hot classes.

Approximate temperatures of our classes:

Hot Classes: 36~38C    Warm Classes: 29~32C    Cool Classes: 22C

Children 8 – 12 years of age are welcome to attend our classes, however the minimum age for our hot classes is 13 years. Adult accompaniment is required for children 8 – 12 years of age, and we suggest the following as suitable for children: Body Bliss, Warm & Easy, or Warm Yoga classes.
