carolyne_momsCarolyne Yeoman-MacDonald is a certified Yoga Teacher, certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Labour Doula, and mother of three, two of which were home births. After teaching yoga for a few years, it became apparent that embracing yoga classes for Moms and Moms-to-Be was a natural extension of her skills.

Prenatal Yoga Workshop Series:
Presented by Carolyne MacDonald, not only an awesome yoga teacher but a Labour Doula as well. Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labour and delivery with a class designed to help you deepen your experience and enjoyment during pregnancy. Classes include yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. These classes are beneficial anytime during your pregnancy. Each class is 75 minutes.

Comfort Measures Workshop:
Presented by Carolyne MacDonald: Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher & Labour Doula and Rebecca Kitchen: Registered Massage Therapist, Acupuncture Practitioner. Designed for expecting moms and their partner/labour support person. Learn a series of techniques that can help alleviate pain during early and active labour. Highlights are guided breath work, accu-pressure, comfort massage, birthing positions and a take-home guide book.
